From unwrapping mountains of butter and cracking countless eggs to running mixers, packaging cookies, labeling bags, and helping at pop-ups, she's involved in nearly every part of the bakery.
She keeps the chaos moving in the right direction, keeps me organized, and somehow manages to stay one step ahead of whatever idea I come up with next.
